I Thought I Had A Blaster Infection. Took Antibiotics 7days

I thought I had a blaster infection. Took antibiotics 7days no change, did another 7days on a different antibiotic and it cleared up. Haven’t had to take antibiotics for 48 hours now and I feel like I need to pee every five minutes and have a fairly bad pain in my pelvic area. While I pee the pain stops but as soon as I stop the pain is back. What is wrong with me?
