I Thought I Had A Stomach Bug. My 1 Yr

I thought I had a stomach bug. My 1 yr old had a small virus Thurs/Fri. Then I got sick Saturday. From Saturday to current (Wed night). I've had severe stomach pains, diarrhea, fever at times, chills at times, headaches. I can't eat. I can't even drink water or Gatorade without becoming nauseous (even though I'm starving.) Occasionally my stomach burns and feels swollen, but mainly I'm just starving bc I can't eat without major consequences. Any suggstions?
