I Thought I Had Food Poisoning And I Had Been

I thought I had food poisoning and I had been getting sick all day yesterday , now the vomiting has stopped but I still have terrible cramps that come in waves every few minutes and I still haven't been able to eat anything I have been able to hold down water Really bad head aches too.
