I Thought I Had Perhaps A Spider Bite Or A

I thought I had perhaps a spider bite or a pimple on my back when I woke up this morning. Now however, it is burning and starting to itch. There was NOTHING there last night. This is a small patch the size of a quarter just over my right shoulder blade.
