I Thought I May Have Sinus Infection, Eyes Hurt,pressure At

I thought I may have sinus infection, eyes hurt,pressure at bridge of nose and back of head pain. Nurse told me to take sudifed and use netti pot. It has been 12 days, now I still have head ache and now a very dry mouth ( I bought a humidifier also) how long should I continue the sudifed?
