I Thought I Pulled A Muscle In My Upper Right

I thought I pulled a muscle in my upper right thigh , the back side, & it caused pain to go down to my knee on the backside & around to the right side of my knee. Now my right foot has been " asleep" even while I'm up moving and walking around: the pain is not unbearable but rather annoying yet sometimes it starts cause a good deal of discomfort. No swelling no redness just a normal leg on the outside. This has been going on 4 days now
