I Thought I Was Bit, But No Bite Marks, On

I thought I was bit, but no bite marks, on top of foot- thought it was my shoes leaving my foot sore to touch like bruised, day three- red half inch thick redness & painful to touch going up leg half way to knee- hurts to touch & push foot on clutch while driving
