I Thought I Was Bit By A Fire Ant About

I thought I was bit by a fire ant about 6-7 hours ago, but now the bite has a red ring around it, like a Target logo, and feels warm to the touch. I and am going to soak i it Epsom salts to see if it would draw out the toxins but am wondering now if i should have someone look at it first.
