I Thought I Had Fleas In My Hair, I Have

I thought i had fleas in my hair, I have combed my scalp and i saw tiny black spec's, my hair and face, and eye lashes feel like something is crawling, what is this? I have tried everything, Rid, dandruff shampoo, and many other things, nothing works, I have also seen these specs on my clothes and in my car.
