I Thought My Ear Was Very Sunburned But Now It's

I thought my ear was very sunburned but now it's super red and swollen and I don't think it's sunburn anymore and it hurts really bad on the pressure plate right below my ear on my neck whenever I touch it makes my eyes water it hurts so bad Do you have any idea what it could be?
