I Thought My Granddaughter Had Athletes Foot From Wearing Tennis

I thought my granddaughter had athletes foot from wearing tennis shoes but the pediatrician said she has eczema. I wonder if she could in reality have an allergy to colophony as she wears converse tennis shoes. She has 3 pairs and they do contain colophony. Her feet look really bad with big blisters all on the bottom of them. Could I approach the pediatrician with this thought?
