I Threw Up Last Night And Some Of It Got

I threw up last night and some of it got caught in my throat. Then as I was in the process of trying to breathe and throw up, a sharp pain shot out from like my neck towards my breasts and nipples. Today, I was pushing something and the same pain shot out to my breasts again. Any ideas of the cause or what I can do?
