I Threw Up Last Night Twice. Had Uneasy Stomach All

I threw up last night twice. Had uneasy stomach all night. Never had this before. Today I only drank plain water because I started having what I guess one would call heartburn from what I have heard it described. I have never had that before. I was just wondering if this sounds like a stomach virus or something I ate? I still feel irritable and unasy. It is almost noon and I'm not sure if I should try and eat anything,
