I Ti Postinor 2 Back In February And I Had

I ti postinor 2 back in February and I had my period the usual date that month as well as the usual date in march, for April my period is now 6 days late, I have taken urine prenhance test twice and it is negative. Could this delay be due to the postinor I used two months ago?
