I Took 2 Different Pregnancy Test On Different Days Right

I took 2 different pregnancy test on different days Right after i poured the urine they both said positive .My nipples hurt when i squeeze but not to hard ive been feel tired often an now i have a little cold ..i discharge more than i normally do an i sometimes feel pain in the tummy area right above my navel . i sometimes feel like im gonna have my period but then it stops . an i also have bad feelings an is hard to pass off as nomall as before... Am i really pregnant????
