I Took 2 Pananax ( Paracetamol 500mg) And 2 Ibuprofen

I took 2 pananax ( paracetamol 500mg) and 2 Ibuprofen 3 hours ago as i have just had kidney stones removed! I now also have a urinary infection due to the operation which i started antibiotics for 4 hrs ago! My question is can i take endone if ive already taken the other drugs the panamax and Iburofen have only taken a small amount of pain away! The endone i have is 5mg
