I Took 2 Paracetamols And 1 Ibuprofen Because I Had

I took 2 paracetamols and 1 ibuprofen because I had really bad period pains but I think they may be out of date and since I have took them I've been feeling pretty 'weird' I.e; nauseous, dizziness, light headed, tiredness and just not myself. I often feel like this in the first day of my period but I'm pretty worried thinking maybe it's the pain reliefs?!

What is it? Is just my period or is it the pain reliefs?! I'm a really bad worrier and if I don't get an answer I'm most likely not gonna rest until I do.. Please tell me!! And what should I do?
