I Took .4 Caps Of Mdma 2 Days Ago. I'm

I took .4 caps of mdma 2 days ago. I'm pretty experienced with it by drinking water and not over doing it and I my usual side effects are sore jaw, neck, and chewed cheeks. But this time my lymph node is swollen on left side of my neck and I'm a little concerned considering it's never happened before. That I night I sat in a hot tub for few hours with my friends (which I know is bad) but would that have something to do with it? I'm a little worried. Can any doctor give me some advice? Key word "advice" not scolding me for my choices. I've seen few opinionated responses on here. Thank you
