I Took 6 Aleve In A Four Hour Period, Three

I took 6 aleve in a four hour period, three at a time for a headache that I have had for a couple of days but progressed into a migraine today. I am now feeling a pulsing sensation in my throat and have gaged once. I was wondering if I should go get checked out at the hospital or if diluting with water would be a good alternative?
