I Took 60 Mg Of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide In A Adult

I took 60 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide in a adult dose of Delsym Cough an hour ago. I am now getting ready for bed and still very congested and coughing. Is it safe to take an adult dose of Robitussin Night Time? The cough suppressant in the second med is 25mg of diphenhydramine HCI. The dose of active ingredient in the Delsym product is 60 mg per 10ml. Thank you
