I Took 9 Cortisone Pills Yesterday And 9 This Morning

I took 9 cortisone pills yesterday and 9 this morning as prescribed by my doctor to prevent allergic reaction to iodine as I need to go for a abdominal scan. I am however breastfeeding. Will this type of dose have a negative effect and how long will it stay in my body. What negative effects can I expect from this once off or twice off dose.
