I Took Anastrazole For 3-1/2 Months And Had Severe Double

I took Anastrazole for 3-1/2 months and had severe double charlie horses on my left thigh & calf. I also had swelling in hands, both feet and left leg. Dr said I'm severely allergic to the med. I've been off it since 5/10/16 and most of the symptoms have eased up or left. I still have severe stiffness in that leg after sitting more than 1 hr. and upon rising from bed at night. When I try to stand the leg will not straighten and feels like that muscle is going to tear (very painful). After I get it to straighten I can put my weight on it and the first 10 steps are very painful -- then OK; I still have muscle pulls in the back of the leg when I walk when my leg is back, and shin/ankle and front of foot pulls when I lift leg to step forward. If I walk backwards I have No Discomfort at all and my gait is normal.
I do water aerobics 5/week -- 1 hour each -- with no discomfort or pain, but still have some limit in motion in the left leg especially bending it back.

How long does it take for the med. to get out of my system ?--- what can I do to get that muscle to stop pulling and hurting -- and get the strength back in that leg? I have an appt. next week to see a sports Ortho. Dr. to check it out.
