I Took Bactrim For 10 Days In Which I Took

I took Bactrim for 10 days in which I took my last dose yesterday and I broke out this afternoon with a rash and flush face and body. I started to take Benadryl at 2 pm and took another dose at 6 pm tonight. I was sitting on couch and fled asleep waking up to a thicker tougue . Please any advice to be helpful the Benadryl seems to have help the itching. I did call the clinic and they told me if the itching and sweeling gets worst to go to ER
