I Took Canesten The Pill Form On Friday Night. I

I took Canesten the pill form on Friday night. I went to work the next morning came home went to the washroom.. I was fine just the canesten coming out. The next day, it was still a little bit coming out but it had some blood along with it. Didn't think much of it, probably just scratched myself from inserting on Friday. Sunday still a bit of bleeding, then Monday I had quite a bit of bleeding, but it didn't look normal. It still looked like the canesten was making its way out. Why do you think I'm bleeding? Could I have scratched myself?
