I took Excedrin Migraine about 12 hours ago and it was two tablets and it says not to take anything else with acetaminophen in 24 hours. And I took a Claritin. but I have a really bad sinus infection right now and I was going to take Mucinex sinus Max but it has acetaminophen in it would it be okay to take that
