I Took I Pill Last Month On 7th August N

I took I pill last month on 7th August n then had uti so took norflox 400 for 10 days.

I m on regular medication of thyroid and matilda Forte.
First time I m witnessing a delay of period for more than ten days. I have also done pregnancy test n it's negative
