I Took Monistat 3 And Finished It Last Night For

I took Monistat 3 and finished it last night for a YI. This morning I had yellowish discharge and then right before I went in the shower tonight there was pink discharge. I am also extremely dry down there and I'm very concerned that this isn't normal.
