I Took A 1hr Glucose Test For Gestational Diabetes And

I took a 1hr glucose test for gestational diabetes and it came back at 176mg/dl. I have to go back to take a 3hr glucose tolerance test to see if it's still high. With knowing that first number can you tell me if I will end up having gestational diabetes?
