I Took A CBC Blood Test And The Only Thing

I took a CBC blood test and the only thing not in the normal range was MPV at 11.6. I was also dehydrated that day. The nurse had a hard time to find my veins. Could the dehydration be a factor? Do I need to be concerned about this being in the high range? I'm 62 year old female. Thank you.
