I Took A Garcinia Cambogia Dietary Supplement Capsule Last Week.

I took a Garcinia Cambogia dietary supplement capsule last week. I had them in my cupboard for a few years now. Looks like the bottle says it expires in 2017 but powder inside the capsule has gotten very hard. This week I am having abdominal cramps, headaches, weakness, lightheadedness, a little diarrhea, constipation and sometimes it feels like my stomach is in knotts. Could this pill be causing these systems since the ingredients are hard and maybe taking a while to digest? What do you suggest for treatment?
