I Took A Bad Spill While Riding My Bike Down

I took a bad spill while riding my bike down a hill. I was going 15 mph and I didn't see a dip and suddenly I'm over my handle bars, my helmet strikes the grass, and I'm rolling. I didn't black out and my head was aching (not hurting, aching). What do I do?
