I Took A Fall 5 Days Ago, Hit Back In

I took a fall 5 days ago, hit back in thoracic area and hurt shoulder trying to catch myself by grabbing a bannister. I previously have be diagnosed with shoulder impingement and bursitis in two places, as well as two ruptured discs in lumber and degenerative disc disease. My back hurts badly, burning sharp pain across my mid back and intermittently down spine. My shoulder hurts as well with any use and there is also numbness in fingers. Have iced, taken Epsom salt baths, used capsaicin, nsaids and rest as well as taking up to 900mg neurotin and 150mg tramadol. No relief from any above treatments. Pain makes me nauseous and unable to sleep.
