I Took A Fall Over A Week Ago And Landed

I took a fall over a week ago and landed hard with my hands. I have been treated for carpel tunnel years ago having surgery on left hand but now both hands all the way up my arms are hurting A LOT especially the right. they cant get me into get a shot anytime soon. I've been doing the stretches but they seem to be getting worse.
