I took a hard blow from a steel pipe to my right upper forearm Monday 1/9/17, I still have full use of my arm, hand and fingers, but its swollen and its double the size of the other one and bruised and tender , the pain from 1-10 it would be a 3. What would you recommend I do? Thanks in advance
