I Took A Home Pregnancy Test About 2 Weeks Ago,

I took a home pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago, and it was positive about a week ago I took a blood test done with my pcp and the Dr said it was negative my hcg level was above two I haven't had a period since Jan which is abnormal for me what should I do am I or am I not pregnant
