I Took A Pregnancy Test And The Result Was Positive.

I took a pregnancy test and the result was positive. This is my second pregnancy and I feel sicker than the first time. I am on my third month based on the first day of my last menstrual period which was October 8, 2014. I've been suffering from heartburn, headache, and nausea. I feel like I need to vomit after meal. Although, I've been burping quite a lot. Are all my symptoms normal? I've changed my diet as soon as I found out that I am pregnant. I no longer drink coffee and I try my best to avoid taking med for severe headache.
