I Took A Quick Nap, With My Contacts In And

I took a quick nap, with my contacts in and woke up with eye pain..and I see halo..the pain is subsiding but I am scared I scratched my cornea ... this happened before about 10 years ago but I had slept with the contact and had a small white pinhole in my eye and couldnt even open my eyelid the pain was excruciating and got it treated..what should I do??
