I Took A Shot Of Meth It Registered Evary Thing

I took a shot of meth it registered evary thing felt fine untill right after then got a deep burn. its on Top of arm I guess side of elbow its sore swelled hot to the touch and cant move my arm like normal wtf is going on have I missed or did I shoot int some thing I was not supposed too
