I Took A Shower Today And Normally Lately I've Taken

I took a shower today and normally lately I've taken a bath but it's too hard to ... I digress sorry....I wrapped my cast really well and I figured that it was good enough but when I got out of the shower, which literally was less time than I probably would have spent in a bath and I noticed the cast inside is wet at my foot, a little it feels like where my surgical incision is and also at the top half....what should I do. I've used a blow dryer but it's still wet. What should I do?
