I Took A Test For HIV After 13 Months Of

I took a test for HIV after 13 months of exposure which came negative. They gave me the result 2 hours after I gave the sample.
Please tell me is there a chance I can be by any chance HIV positive and what kind of test they did and is that test reliable?
