I Took A Tramadol, I Had Also Had BP Meds,

I took a tramadol, I had also had BP meds, and blood thinner and Allegra. My cheeks went numb, I vomited, got very tired and slept for almost a day and a half. I did take it on an empty stomach. Can I take another with food or just not do it again.
