I Took A Very Hard Fall On Uneven Sidewalk. Prior

I took a very hard fall on uneven sidewalk. Prior to fall I had a slight hiatal hernia. When I fell my purse was under me. I now have over half my stomach in my chest cavity am in a lot of pain. Can this be reversed with an operation or other procedure. Or will it fall back on its own? It's been two weeks and I still can't lay on my left side and continue to take pain pills around the clock
