I Took About 3 Caps Of MDMA On Saturday (2days

I took about 3 caps of MDMA on Saturday (2days ago) and I sucked on my lips so I wouldn't grind my teeth. My tongue and lips are swollen which I can only assume that it is from me sucking on them, but now I am not feeling right. I know it was cut with another drug and I am scared it was heroin, my pupils are pencil point small even two days later, my lips hurt and are peeling and I'm light headed and nauseous. I just don't know what to do. Please help me I don't have money or insurance to go to a doctor or E.R.
