I Took Ambien And Hydrocodon Cough Syrup Together. I Am

I took ambien and hydrocodon cough syrup together. I am afraid to fall back to sleep because I keep waking up gasping for air because I think I stop breathing in my sleep. What should I do. How can I reverse the depressed breathing. Can I exercise to get heart rate back up or can I drink plenty of water to try to flush it out of my system. Please let me know ASAP.
