I Took An ADHD Test When I Was 14 And

I took an ADHD test when I was 14 and was diagnosed. My mom did not want me on adderall so we did nothing with the diagnosis. Now, I am a 19 year old college student and I am extremely struggling to focus. Before, my mom would keep me on track but now since I am on my own my concentration relies solely on myself and I find myself struggling in my classes. Would I be able to get a precipitation from any doctor?
