I Took An AZO UTI Test 2 Days Ago Showing

I took an AZO UTI test 2 days ago showing leukocytes in my urine. I have recently moved out of state so I called my doc at home and requested an antibiotic. I now have abdominal and low back pain, concentrated more on the right side, heaviness and burning in my vaginal area, and an overall feeling of not being well. I started the antibiotic yesterday- 500 mg Cipro 2x daily for 5 days. When should I begin feeling better? I have had UTIs before but don't remember them feeling this horrible. I'm afraid something else might be wrong.
