I Took An Abortion Medicine By Vaginal And Mouth.. Then

I took an abortion medicine by vaginal and mouth.. Then i had a heavy bleeding for the first day and dropped a blood clut, but in the second and third day the bleeding went less and darker.. But now as in my fourth day i am having a massive cramps and a strong bleeding. What does that all mean ? ( i am a smoker, does that could be the reason ) ??
