I Took An Allergy Pill And 2 Advil Pm's As

I took an allergy pill and 2 advil pm's as well as a nasal allergy spray last night. I didn't realize the advil pm contained antihistamine. I have since experienced restless feeling in my arms, a little hazy feeling overall, stomach upset and i think my pupils look dialated. Is this normal and how long before it will be out of my system?
