I Took An Antibiotic For A Uti,, Cipro..very Strong,, Since

I took an antibiotic for a uti,, cipro..very strong,, since I have completed it my digestive system is still not right after 3 or 4 weeks. My stool was tested for bacteria
and was negative.. I have tried metamucil to help with stool consistency and now my stool is pale, is this because of the metamucil ? It hss helped but I am sort of worried about it.....please answer
