I took augment on duo for 6 days I became constipated and couldn't eat I have had a stomach scan which was all good I have a good day or two and then I can't eat much and feel sick is this how the bowel is when it is repairing Ian taking 10 MPs of actilax and two teaspoons of psyllium a day this has been happening for a few weeks am I doing the right thing
